Refund and Returns Policy

To cancel your order , Please send your order ID /#  by Whats app or call Indian Mobile +917567499944 .

Also send email to prakash@vedicinals.com  with subject ” ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST”

We will immediately refund the payment after deducting the paypal transfer and currency exchange fees (approx 8%).

Please Note :

This is international Shipping Via DHL express ( fastest shipping mode available).

All orders are received upto 9 AM India time are picked up by DHL 2 PM India time .

Cancellation of the order / refund is only possible till your order is not picked up by DHL.

Once the product has left our warehouse and it is travelling, we cannot allow order canecllations or the exchange as well as the return of our goods.

As promotional offer we are offering our products at highly discounted prices and the costs incurred for a return of goods from your country to India warehouse ( shipping plus customs fees ) would far exceed the value of the goods.
